When Karin and Erik began the rum farmer adventure at their farm 25 years ago, the initial name for the rum they created was Vennebroeck Velvet. now looking back all those years, it is only appropriate to remember those early years with a very special commemorative expression and bring back the old brand.

TASTING NOTES
On the nose, slight vegetal notes are followed by prunes, cantaloupe, sugar cane syrup and azalea flowers. Then, the palate is complex and has a base of toffee, apple, pear, and honey with a layer of oatmeal, licorice, old leather and cashews. The finish is long, with pineapple, pears, sugar cookies and a creamy, buttery end.
